Looks as a chain is horrible when it comes to their service. They are not above cheating their clients; I was charged a lot more than was told to me; and even the rates vary widely for the same service across branches. When I tried to contact the corporate office with my feedback through email I got no response from them. If you are considering using this salon please re-consider.

Looks Rocks!! You get any salon service done here, its gonna be awesome.. u will love it for sure... there is no salon better than LOOks.. the staff is so gud and friendly.. the staff has got magic in there hands.. they make sure that you look beautiful everytime.. LOOKS truely Rocks!!!!!

too expensive I booked my appointment before I left UK as I used them before. I had a hair cut & colour dye. Got a shock for life when the lady on the till said seven thousand 500 rupee (that's £110.00) I should have asked before I set on their seats. But I argued and paid four thousand & 500 rupees. (4500 rupee) Still too much. Another customer (from Delhi) had the same done and I heard her ask only nine hundred rupee from her. I question her and she said she only had half hair dye. (Stupid made no sense). I will never go there again.

Poor service I have had such a bad haircut here. I was in visiting Delhi (from Bangalore) and had some spare time to chose to get a good haircut. Since I've heard so much about Looks here, I decided to give it a shot despite the high price. As soon as I entered itself I was disappointed with the set up, the staff and the quality of service. The place stinks, is poorly lit, not ideal temperature (it was so hot) and the staff aren't even well groomed (Stinking armpits). For the price they charge, Delhi is way behind Bangalore (and probably never catch up) in service and quality. I'm thoroughly disappointed and will NEVER use a Looks salon ever.

Do not get your hair cut at Looks GK-1 M Block Market I got the most hideous haircut ever. The guy cut bangs by pulling hair from the back of my head and pulling it forward - ignoring the natural part which would automatically give me bangs on the side of my head. I cannot believe it! How hard is it to cut bangs??? I will have to hide my hair under scarves until it grows back for 6-9 months. Also they charge way too much for a haircut. It's fine to get what you pay for - - in this case... I paid them a lot of money to ruin my hair.
